A Bartow native, his practice areas include guardianship, probate, family law/divorce, child support, and alimony, civil trial, elder law, and appellate practice. He has been instrumental in helping our clients resolve issues involving family & elder issues in all facets such as divorce, custody, guardianships, probate and litigated will and trust issues. He is also adept at handling appeals and helping our clients reach their family and business-related goals. Regardless of the complexity of a case or situation, his mission is to provide our clients with the nuanced and results-driven legal representation they need to reach their respective goals.

Aretired Lieutenant-Colonel of Infantry in the U.S. Army, Attorney Keith Miller graduated from The Army War College, The Command and General Staff College and other army schools. Before joining our firm, he served as an assistant state prosecutor. He also served as an arbitrator for the Superior Court of King County, Washington, as well as Judge Pro-Tem and Magistrate for the County Courts of King County, Washington, in addition to maintaining a law practice in Washington State.

He is licensed to practice in the U.S. District Court, Western District of Washington, Middle District of Florida and all Florida State Courts, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit. Attorney Keith Miller and his wife Christine have four children. An active member of his community and church, he has also served as president of the Peace River Country Club and was an associate professor at Webber College. He has also served on various municipal and community boards. He is proud to be a Master of the Willson Inn of Court.
