As a native of Lake Wales, Kevin Kohl is dedicated to helping the people
of Polk County. He graduated from Lake Wales High School and received
his bachelors of science in Accounting from Florida State University in
1999. In 2002, he received his law degree from the Florida State University
and was admitted to the Florida Bar. Kevin is a former Felony Division
Chief with the State Attorney’s Office for the 10th Judicial Circuit. During his tenure there, he participated in dozens of
jury trials and prosecuted hundreds of cases. Since 2005, Kevin has enjoyed
the challenges of private practice representing clients in Criminal, Family
and Civil matters. He is a member of the Lakeland Bar Association, The
Wilson American Inn of Court, Florida Association of Criminal Defense
Lawyers and is admitted to practice in all Florida State Courts and the
United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Kevin
volunteers in his community with Lake Wales Little League, Lake Wales
Soccer Club, All Pro Dads and is a board member of Our Children’s
Academy and Our Children’s Charitable Fund.
