Backed by more than three decades of experience, Donald H. Wilson has represented
countless and private clients in Polk County, Hardee County, and Highlands
County. He focuses on issues related to estate planning, real property,
administrative law, trust law, business, probate, and commercial transactions.
He regularly handles issues and transactions for the Polk County School
Board and serves as General Counsel for Polk State College. His attention
to detail and hands-on approach has led to numerous successful results
for our clients over the years.
During his legal studies at Fredric G. Levin College of Law at the University
of Florida, he served on the Law Review's editorial board. After graduating
from law school, he practiced in Miami for three years before returning
to his hometown, Bartow.
Always looking for ways to be involved in his community, Attorney Donald
Wilson has served on the board of directors for Citrus & Chemical
Bank, Trust Company, and Palm Beach National Bank. He and his wife, Holly,
are big Gator fans and are active members of the Holy Trinity Episcopal Church.
The grandson of one of our firm's founding partners, Solon G. Wilson,
Attorney Donald Wilson is a fifth generation resident of Polk County.
