Seth earned his undergraduate degree summa cum laude from the University of Florida earning his B.S.B.A in Business Finance. Thereafter, Seth attended the University of Florida Levin College of Law and earned his Juris Doctor. While attending the University of Florida Levin College of Law, Seth interned with an investigative law firm in Tampa, Florida, and assisted with both federal and state class action civil litigation matters.
After earning his Juris Doctor, Seth obtained a license to practice law in the State of Florida. As a licensed attorney, Seth enrolled in a Masters of Law (LL.M) program at the University of Miami School of Law. While attending the University of Miami School of Law, Seth interned at Stearns Weaver Miller in the Construction Litigation Department; and Seth was awarded the Attorney Title Fund Scholarship for his academic achievements. Shortly thereafter, Seth completed the required curricula and earned his Masters of Law in Real Property Development.
In January, 2011, Seth accepted an associate attorney position with Boswell & Dunlap, LLP. At such time, Seth immediately began working alongside an experienced and knowledgeable team of attorneys. Since joining the law firm, Seth has advocated a wide variety of legal issues which include, but are not limited to, personal injury (PI) and insurance law, local government law, real property law, and condominium and/or homeowner association law.
Currently, Seth concentrates his law practice and provides legal representation for the following:

In addition to being a valuable member of the law firm of Boswell & Dunlap, LLP, Seth is also a member of the East Polk County Bar Association, Lakeland Bar Association, Lakeland Bar Association Young Lawyer Division, and the Wilson American Inn of Court. Seth is admitted to practice law in the Middle District of Florida, Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Tax Court.
