Seth received his undergraduate degree summa cum laude from the University of Florida earning his B.S.B.A in Business Finance. Thereafter, he received a law degree from the University of Florida. Currently, he is in the process of completing an LL.M ("Masters of Law") in Real Property Development Law from the University of Miami, and he was a recipient of the Attorney Title Fund Scholarship for his academic achievements while attending the University of Miami.
Seth is a new associate with Boswell and Dunlap. He concentrates his law practice on local government, government operations and relations, real estate transactions, condominium law and/or homeowner association law, and real property law. Prior to joining the firm, he possessed experience in handling federal, state and local class action litigation matters; and Seth also most recently clerked for a large law firm in South Miami.
Seth is a member of the Florida Bar and the East Polk County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice law in the Middle District of Florida, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Tax Court.
