Don Wilson has been a working lawyer for over thirty years. He represents public and private clients in commercial real estate transactions, business and corporate matters, probate proceedings, wills, trusts and estate planning. He is General Counsel for Polk State College and handles various cases and transactions for the Polk County School Board.

Don is the fifth generation of his family to live in Polk County, and he is the grandson of one of this firm's founding partners, Solon G. Wilson. Don grew up in Bartow and graduated from Summerlin Institute, now Bartow High School. He received his Bachelor's degree from Stetson University and graduated cum laude from law school at the University of Florida, where he served on the Editorial Board of the Law Review. After graduating from law school, Don practiced for three years in Miami; and in 1980 he returned to Bartow and joined this firm.

Don and his wife Holly are avid Gator fans. They are active in Holy Trinity Episcopal Church and many other community activities. Don has served on the Board of Directors of both Palm Beach National Bank and Trust Company and Citrus and Chemical Bank.
