Attorney Frederick J. Murphy, Jr. is licensed to practice in the U.S. Supreme
Court, Northern, Middle, and Southern District Courts, the Eleventh Circuit
Court of Appeals, and all Florida state courts. Currently serving as Assistant
School Board Attorney for the School Board of Polk County, he also serves
as City Attorney for Lake Alfred, Dundee, and Winter Haven. From 1989
to 2007, he served as Assistant City Attorney for the City of Bartow.

Department of Agriculture (USDA) in its mortgage foreclosure actions in
both state and federal courts since 1989.
An active member of his community, Attorney Frederick J. Murphy, Jr. has
served on various boards for many local organizations and associations,
such as the Bartow Rotary Club, Bartow Chamber of Commerce, Military Academy
Board, Bartow Regional Medical Center, Polk Association of Chambers of
Commerce, and the Central Florida Development Council. He and his wife
